The Midwives Brew Is a concoction drink that you drink on an empty stomach to help induce labor faster, naturally. It will cause contraction and help to give birth faster and easier.

My wife's second child was delivered about 3 hours of drinking it, she was 41 weeks. It took about 20 minutes after the contraction and the baby came out easily, without much hard pushing. Compared to our first child, without the drink, she was in pain for two days and struggled for one hour to push for the baby to come out.

Exercises to help induce labor.

Castor oil is the secret ingredient, you can buy it at Walmart, the beauty section. Use Apricot juice or any other juice. Lemon tea, make it hot then add in cold water. Blend all the ingredients to a smoothie. Drink slowly until it's all gone. Make sure you already poop and 3 hours after eating. It might cause vomiting and you to use the restroom.

10 oz Apricot Juice 

8 oz Lemon Tea 

2 Tbsp Almond Butter 

2 Tbsp Castor Oil 

Start drinking after 38 weeks. Earlier will work less and is not recommended.
